Home At Sanbar Dressage

Riana Porter Dressage is based at Sanbar in Petaluma, California, a privately owned dressage facility that has been home to my training program for going on a decade.

Owned and thoughtfully managed by Sandy Kriegsman, Sanbar was designed around the health, safety, movement, and social needs of the horse. That philosophy naturally complements the way I approach training—developing horses as athletes while never losing sight of the horse underneath the performance.

With a covered arena, outdoor arena, round pen, thoughtfully designed barns, and turnout that allows for movement and social interaction, the facility supports both the training and the everyday well-being of the horse.

My relationship with Sandy and Sanbar has grown alongside my business, and the environment at Sanbar has become an important part of the experience for both the horses and riders in my program.
